Cancellation policy:

The cancellation policy of the reservation on the part of the client implies as follows:

• High season (1 June to 30 September): a penalty of 50% if it is within the 21 previous days to the arrival date at the hotel and a penalty of 100% if it is within the 14 previous days to the arrival.
• Low season (rest of the year): a penalty of 50% if cancellation occurs within the 15 previous days to the arrival date and a penalty of 100% if it is in the 7 previous days.

Non refundable:

The full amount of the booking will be charged to the provided credit card upon confirmation. This reservation cannot be modified and it is not refundable. In case of cancellation, the amount charged to the credit card will not be refunded. If the credit card is denied, the hotel reserves the right to automatically cancel the reservation.
